Cut with machetes, washed and sun dried with minimal machinery and no chemicals. This is our second coffee sourced from the San Miguelito region and also a microlot.
Ocelot is a great "all day" coffee, it has a lighter mouthfeel and is less bitter than a typical coffee. This coffee is smooth and mild and your tongue will detect floral notes and the sweetness of honey, those with more sensitive taste buds will pick out the taste of tropical fruits.
